Fenwick’s corporate group provides services to technology and life sciences companies at all stages of development, from early startups to mature, publicly-traded corporations. Job Description: We are seeking corporate associates with at least four or more years (4+) of experience in a sophisticated corporate law practice with experience in blockchain technology virtual and digital currency, token generation events, and NFTs. Experience with, or affinity for, blockchain technology companies and cryptocurrency is required. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are required. In-house candidates are welcome to apply, provided they have previous law firm experience. This hire can be based in any of our U.S. offices: Mountain View, San Francisco, Seattle, Santa Monica, New York and Washington D.C. The anticipated range for this position is: $295,000 – $415,000 Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance. Additional information about employee eligibility for benefits and discretionary bonus will be made available upon request.
