Role Title : Desktop Support
Location : Monroe , NY
This is a 100% Onsite role
Job Description :
Shift time: 9 hours with 1 hour break (Between 7am to 5pm) will be discussed with team lead
• Travel is required within 50 miles from site in own car within NYC/Orange & Rockland and will be reimbursed as per policy.
Good to have skills:
• Strong Customer service skills
• ServiceNow or any other ticketing system to track tickets
• Inventory management
• Good track record of work in IT support
• Willingness to learn and follow client procedures
• Willingness to work in 24×7 shift as needed during emergencies
• Good work experience on Microsoft devices like Surface Laptops and Surface Pro
Mandatory:
• Follow Safety protocols required at client place (e.g. steel toe shoes, helmet when visiting sub locations etc.)
• Follow the processes and compliance
• Lift up to 50lb of weight

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $[50,000 – 64,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
