Job Overview

The Catering Services Worker supports the event operations team in running successful catering orders and events within the location. They are responsible for event set up, transportation of equipment and supplies, serving guests, and cleaning up after the event.

Compensation
• Hourly rate: $19.00 to $19.25, depending on skills, qualifications, and relevant factors.
• Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission.
• This is Aramark’s good faith estimate of compensation as of the time of posting.

Responsibilities
• Set up catering and event service according to client/customer requests and banquet event order.
• Transport and deliver catering food and beverage with all necessary supplies and equipment.
• Set up chairs, tables, buffet lines, and other event equipment as requested.
• Replenish Food and Beverage products during events.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events.
• Pick up and clean up food and beverage deliveries after service.
• Break down and clean area after events and return equipment to storage.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.

Requirements
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous catering experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must follow assigned dress code.
• Available to work event-based hours.
• Must complete Food Handling and Alcohol Service training if required.
