The Medical Malpractice group is seeking an attorney with at least three (3) years of experience to join the New York office.
Responsibilities
Job Requirements/Specifications:
• At least three (3) years of experience in some or all of the following substantive areas:
• Representation of health care providers; including representation of providers and pharmacies in connection with issues relating to contracting
• Civil litigation in the areas of general liability and/or medical malpractice
• Licensing and disciplinary matters
• Trial experience involving personal injury defense matters are a plus*
• Experience performing some or all of the following types of work:
• General Litigation (managing a litigation caseload from beginning to end)
• Excellent analytical and writing skills
• Strong communication skills, including communicating with clients, team and partners and providing timely reporting and appearing in court
• Must be admitted to practice in New York
• The annual billable requirement for this position is 1,950 hours

USD $115,000.00/Yr.
