Corporate Associate – Mergers and Acquisitions The candidate must have 3-6 years of experience in corporate law, with particular experience in mergers & acquisitions and other general corporate and commercial matters. Candidates with specific expertise in strategic transactions (including, mergers and acquisitions, investments, and joint ventures), as well as general corporate and corporate governance experience would be considered. Must have experience leading due diligence teams, managing specialists, and drafting transaction documents. Must have excellent writing skills, superior academics, and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
