Your Impact:

Municipalities and wastewater agencies in the region have embarked on the implementation of major programs to significantly improve water quality and reduce wet weather sewer overflows into local rivers and streams. As a valued member of our team in New York, you’ll have the chance to support the delivery of some of the largest stormwater and green infrastructure programs in the region. In a dynamic working environment, you’ll gain experience evaluating and selecting the best approaches to solve a client’s challenges, planning and designing significant stormwater improvements, and more. We’d look to you to closely support and work directly with clients through the life of projects and programs, from studies, planning, design, compliance and permitting, and construction support.

Typical salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000- and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental or related Engineering
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) License, New York preferred
• Substantial years of technical, task and project management experience delivering water resources projects for municipalities
• Strong knowledge of hydrology and stormwater and green infrastructure design
• Strong oral and written communication skills, self-motivation, team-oriented work practices, data analysis & technical problem solving, organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have:
• Master’s degree in Engineering
• Local background with strong network with local municipalities
