The Analyst, HR Operations and Service Delivery APAC/LATAM plays a critical role in ensuring that employees and contractors located in APAC and LATAM have an exceptional experience through the Professional Employer Organization program.

The Analyst will support our international expansion and work closely with Legal, Tax and Finance, and People & Culture subject matter experts (HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits) and with external PEO partners.

In this role you will get to:

• Be responsible for execution within the framework of our Professional Employer Organization program and act as point of contact towards our stakeholders and employees.

• Be involved in a wide variety of projects to ensure that all our employees have the same positive experience in APAC and LATAM.

• Be part of a cross-functional team to create legal entities in APAC and LATAM and establish benefit programs with global, regional or local partners.

• Coordinate benefit programs and practices in line with our sister companies as well as meeting the need to attract and retain required talent. The role partners with the Compensation & Benefits and payroll teams to ensure that the programs are implemented consistently and communicated effectively within the assigned countries.

• Manage vendor relationships and leverage global HR Processes and technology to optimize and expand processes to new and current international operations.

Who you are:

• Bachelors degree

• 3 years of experience working for multinational firms

• 2 years of experience within a project management international role

• Cross functional exposure, strong analytical and vendor management skills are required

• Technical experience with Contingent Workforce Management, Employee Benefits, (APAC / LATAM), and Immigration is very helpful

• (GPHR) Global Professional in Human Resources certification is highly preferred

• Illustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.
