STV has immediate openings for experienced Architectural Inspector(s) in our New York City office. This role will focus on Inspections and field documentation on MTA Stations/Facilities, Higher Educational and Institutional facilities throughout the New York City area. Requirements: · Architecture degree with a minimum of five (5) years relevant inspections experience preferred. · Passion for building condition assessments on a broad range of project types. · OSHA 30 certification highly valued. · Desire and willingness to be primarily in the field and report to different sites as required. Compensation Range: $84,677.00 – $110,658.00 Don’t meet every single requirement?
