Kelley Drye & Warren LLP’s highly ranked International Trade practice group has an opening for a stellar Export Controls / Sanctions Associate.
The position focuses on export controls, economic sanctions, anti-corruption, CFIUS and related matters. The associate will advise clients in the energy, manufacturing, financial, technology, unmanned vehicle, defense, and many other sectors about an array of international trade compliance matters, including enforcement investigations, export compliance programs, counseling on U.S. regulations, and matters related to anti-corruption laws.
The ideal candidate will have experience representing clients before the key export-regulating bodies, including BIS, OFAC, and DDTC.
We require a strong academic record, at least 5 years of relevant work experience, and excellent writing, analytical and public speaking skills. DC bar membership will eventually be required.
