Role Title : Audio Video/Presentation Technology Support Specialist

Location : Manhattan, NY .( This is a 100% Onsite role )

Shift time: 8 and half hours with 30 minutes of break (Between 7am to 5pm)

Travel requirements : Travel is required between locations across the board on need basis. (NYC and Orange county)

Job description :
• The ideal candidates for role should have live presentation experience. They should be familiar with crestron, extron, DSP, microphones, speakers, audio mixers, projectors/monitors and know how to operate this equipment for meetings set up. Candidate should know how to put together & format PowerPoint presentations and have great coordination skill.
• Candidate should have experience with Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Etc), Adobe suite (acrobat, photoshop, illustrator) Final cut pro or any other video editing software and some experience with audio software.
• Candidate should be familiar with setting up hybrid video conferencing calls for meetings in auditoriums and conference rooms. They should have experience with TEAMS, TEAMS Live events, Webex, Zoom, & Skype.
• Candidate should have experience dealing with top executives and working in fast, high pressure situations. All meetings that require a/v assistance for customers in every location are supported. Executive meetings are supported every day and need to be treated with top urgency and proper candor.
• Candidate should have good written and communication skills.
• Candidate should have basic troubleshooting skills and should be able to teach users how to operate equipment.
• Candidate needs to be familiar with Sharepoint & ServiceNow. PresTech meeting request are created through our sharepoint site then the information gets transferred to a PresTech SNOW ticket. User submits a Prestech form but PresTech opens tickets on users behalf.

Roles and responsibilities : Meeting room support, PowerPoint presentation preparation, Receive meeting details from SharePoint and submit all meetings in ServiceNow .

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $[50,000 – 64,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
