Title: Brand Director, Performance Innovation
HelloFresh is in search of an entrepreneurial, strategic, and highly analytical marketing leader with a track record of profitably scaling and accelerating brands through creative performance and social media channels. As the Brand Director, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with the growth team and the creative performance innovation team to build end-to-end strategy, testing, and creative / performance management to drive paid social results. You will work closely in an entrepreneurial environment with a team of creatives, including a Creative Director, Art Director, Copywriter, and Producer.
You will…
• Work with the Creative Director, Performance Innovation to develop a comprehensive strategy and test and learn plan for innovative paid social creative
• Create, optimize, and expand paid social campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, revenue across Meta, TikTok, SnapChat, etc.
• Collaborate with the growth team to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and define success metrics to optimize campaign performance
• Leverage data-driven insights to inform campaign strategies and identify new opportunities for performance improvement
• Provide visionary strategic direction for all paid social assets, ensuring they are aligned with brand guidelines, target audience preferences, and platform-specific best practices
• Collaborate closely with the team to develop high-quality, compelling video content that drives user engagement, conversion, and measurable results
• Monitor and analyze the performance of paid social video campaigns, using data-driven insights to identify areas for optimization and improvement
• Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative techniques that enhance campaign performance

• Fluent in paid social media channels and growth marketing
You have…
• 10-15 years brand / performance marketing experience, primarily with DTC brands
• Experience motivating a team that doesn’t report directly to you
• Persistence and bias-to-action with a track record of performance
• Strong consumer orientation, knowledge of customer segmentation, insights development and targeting
• Experience writing creative briefs and providing thoughtful feedback for marketing assets
• Proven experience and passion for working across functions and with senior leadership
• Balance of creative and analytical thinking
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to work on-site 4 days a week

New York Pay Range
$160,800—$180,000 USD
