This role will.

What you’ll do:
• Responsible for implementing and maintaining effective contamination control and sterility assurance program in accordance with regulatory requirements, global guidelines, and quality procedures.
• Conduct regular Gemba walks and audits to assess compliance with contamination control and sterility assurance guidelines and procedures, identifying areas of improvements and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and validate cleanrooms, equipment and processes to ensure sterility and minimize the risk of contamination.
• Monitor and analyze environmental monitoring data and laboratory testing data to identify trends, deviations, or potential contamination risks, and implement preventive measures.
• Review and approve sterilization processes, including validation activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on contamination control and sterility assurance for the site and Global CCSA Team.
• Develop and delivery training program on contamination control practices.

Who you are:
• BS in Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contamination control, environmental monitoring, cleanroom management, and sterility assurance for pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or biotechnology.
• Aseptic Processsing experience preferable.
• Knowledge of environmental monitoring techniques, microbiological testing methods, and statistical analysis of data.
• Knowledge in cleanroom design, validation and testing.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills using DBS tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
