This position offers a Hybrid 3 Day Work Policy, combining remote and in-office work for enhanced productivity. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team and will be responsible for a variety of banking and finance matters. ## Responsibilities The Capital Markets Associate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including: * Representing creditors and borrowers, including banks, finance companies, private equity funds, hedge funds, public companies and private companies in financing transactions * Contributing to a broad range of banking and finance matters, including secured and unsecured credit facilities, mortgage loan or securities repurchase agreements, syndicated transactions, mezzanine and subordinated debt facilities, asset-based financings, acquisition, recapitalization and other leveraged financings across a variety of industries * Working collaboratively to manage closings * Performing due diligence reviews * Supporting the practice as needed ## Requirements The successful candidate must have the following qualifications: * 2-5 years of law firm experience * Licensed to practice law in New York and be in good standing * Outstanding oral and written communication skills * Conscientious with exceptional attention to detail * Sincerity interest in career development * Excellent academic credentials The salary range for this position is $225,000 – $345,000 based on experience. ## Inclusion and Diversity At Dentons, inclusion and diversity are not just ancillary values.
