## Technology/IP Transactions Associate at Law Firm Law Firm is looking for an experienced Associate with 3 – 6 years of technology/IP transactional experience to join their Licensing and Technology Transactions team. This is a unique opportunity to join a highly collaborative and supportive team in one of the world s premier global law firms. **Job Responsibilities** – Draft agreements and provide advice to clients – Interact directly with clients and members of the Firm – Mentor junior lawyers on the team **Requirements** – 3 – 6 years of technology/IP transactional experience – Background and experience in technology and/or life sciences transactions – Preferred locations: New York or Silicon Valley **Compensation** The salary range for this role in the New York office is $225,000 – $475,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate s qualifications and relevant experience.
