To bolster our shared mission and help Invitae expand, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager. In this position, you will be handling our largest and highest potential accounts and collaborating with sales and client services teams to promote high levels of client happiness.
A day in the life
Your typical day might include the following:
• Building lasting relationships and identifying opportunities for growth across key accounts and high potential clients;
• Encouraging high potential accounts expansion by communicating opportunities to upsell and cross sell;
• Teaming up with commercial and customer support teams to nurture relationship with existing clients; Crafting growth strategy in partnership with field sales team;
• Proactively identifying client’s areas of dissatisfaction together with sales team and resolving those issues effectively;
• Leading excellent teamwork with new and existing accounts by partnering up with them, helping them develop workflows, practices, etc.
• Working in collaboration with client services, sales, and medical affairs teams to answer client’s questions and issues efficiently.
This job might be for you if:
• For the last 5 years, you have been sharpening your customer-facing skills in roles such as customer success, account management, customer support or sales. If you have experience handling international customers, especially in Brazil, even better!
• You are proficient in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken; you also possess great knowledge of Salesforce or other relevant CRM tools;
• You enjoy finding creative solutions for complex problems, you have a natural curiosity to investigate and solve issues at the core;
• You are a phenomenal listener who exceeds client’s expectations by getting their needs met;
• Teamwork is essential to you and at the same time you become comfortable with working by yourself;
• You are available to travel a couple of times a year for training.
