The Digital Experience Manager plans and executes digital marketing activities that move anonymous users to known users who convert and transact on corporate web platforms. This includes management of website content, search engine optimization (SEO), PayPerClick, social media, email.

Collaborates with marketing team members and other stakeholders to plan user journeys through digital channels, creating the campaign blueprint to drive traffic to web properties.

Responsibilities:

Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Provide insights to marketing core team and escalate areas to be improved to the marketing core team.

Stay abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; provide as input to planning processes.

Research competitors and their strategies to find the gaps in the industry and accordingly set up marketing and advertising goals for the brand and provide as input to planning processes.

Be adept at providing guidance on digital content strategy to stakeholders: consult with stakeholders on their content strategy (user journeys and site maps, goals, SEO, etc.) to ensure optimal customer experience and achievement of KPIs.

Executing, optimizing, and planning all SEO campaigns and strategies – Keyword research, directory listings, content strategy and creation, subdomain strategy and creation, etc.

Manages and executes all projects and timelines for designated business areas/service lines in close collaboration with colleagues, or as assigned, developing production timelines, and driving successful implementation of digital strategies and tactics.

Enhance, evolve, and maintain web content and web experience features that are easy to use, accessible, adhere to web and SEO best practices, and are aligned to brand guidelines and web style guide.

Develops and manages inbound and outbound digital tactics to support departments and programs, with a solid understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, measurement, and analysis of digital performance.

Project-manage key UI/UX updates or new programs, from ideation stage through to production.

Partner with web development team as needed related to platform upgrades (suggesting new templates/component, submitting bugs, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a digital marketer working in technical industry (preferred).
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

• The salary range or hourly range for this role is $70,000 – $90,000 range. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
• This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
• We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
