Job Description Summary
•Support the development and implementation of processes associated with new business development for broker-led portfolio accounts.

•Support and Drive Proposals and Presentations in Partnership with Brokerage Teams

•Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

•Point of Contact for Connectivity to the Platform and Full Resources of the Firm

•Ability to have initial discussion around all service lines

•Strong leadership skills especially with verbal communication

•Commands Respect of Internal and External Clients

Job Description

Essential functions and responsibilities:
• Support Regional Lead in business development pursuits with brokerage teams to develop comprehensive portfolio solutions for large and mid-cap real estate outsourcing pursuits with ability to solely lead selected pursuits
• Client-facing ability to communicate regularly with internal and external customers as appropriate to ensure the delivery of high-quality service and support.
• Articulate the capabilities of the platform to external and internal audiences
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and brokerage professionals throughout the Regions
• Coordinate and/or participate in sales process from initial vetting to contract execution
• Manage CRM systems and other applications to load and extract data/documents as needed.
• Complete special projects and necessary integration activities at the direction of key Regional Leadership.
• Manage pursuit activity and pipeline management reporting in CRM via Salesforce, SharePoint, Power BI and other tools
• Participate in calls and meetings at various frequencies, as directed
• Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRE multi-service line/multinational clients
• Must be able to engage others effectively in a matrix organization environment
• General understanding of global, occupier service lines and solutions
• Ability to recognize, document and optimize real estate processes
• Deep industry and functional experience with CRE industry
• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Critical and strategic thinking skills are key to success
• Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles
• Ability to travel for both internal and external meetings
• Technically savvy with solid experience in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Outlook
• Experience working with large data sets and multiple types of RFP models, preferred
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion
• Skilled in financial analysis and knowledge of financial concepts
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
• Ability to understand, interpret, and abstract complex real estate terminology
• Working knowledge of financial terms
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with strong proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM systems

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $72,250.00 – $85,000.00
