As a Infra support Engineer should have the following skills to work on the infrastrcture lab at Meta
Hands on experience in Agile Software Development models investigate epics create user stories for infra deliverables.
Knoweldge in Jenkins Linux Windows Operating systems and its commands.
Knowledge/experience in Firmware/Driver builds and build procedures.
Hands on experience in updating device firmware on test prototypes triaging device debug logs.
Knowledge on Server Management in Lab/Data Center environment from BMC consoles.
Hands on experience in Handling Test Prototypes Blade Servers Server Racks and Rack Hardware.
Knowledge on IT Automation tools such as Chef Ansible.
Knowledge on Basic Network troubleshooting.
Knowledge on Basic experience in Python Unix Shell scripting.
Knowedge Git/Hg PyCharm VS Code
The candidate will aid in setting up operating and troubleshooting a device lab for the AR Group. The candidate will participate in debugging and root-causing test failures remediation for automated tests and bring-up new prototype devices.
