Position Summary

The School of Professional Studies (SPS) at New York University is seeking an Employer Engagement and Assessment Administrator who will cultivate and enhance relationships with employers that result in job opportunities for SPS students and alumni. This individual will oversee the operations of programs within the NYU Wasserman Center for Career Development at the School of Professional Studies team in employer relations. Analyze data, and prepare and present reports. Manage the creation and preparation of marketing materials; Provide top customer service to stakeholders; serve as a point of contact for employers/industry professionals; and strategize social media and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

Required Education:Bachelor’s DegreeRequired Experience:2+ years in career services, student personnel, human resources, recruitment, admissions or related field and equivalent combination of education and experience. Must include experience implementing programs and developing partnershipsRequired Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Extremely organized with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a professional demeanor. Ability to work in a constantly changing environment. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to work well in a team setting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency with MS Office, Graphic design experience (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign)Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Diversity and inclusion competencies.

Additional Information

In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $63,000.00 to USD $77,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
