The ideal background for an Associate position is one that possesses functional knowledge in consumer and/or retail sectors with consulting experience. As a Summer Associate, you will:
• Have the opportunity to work on internal and client projects across a wide range of industries and functional areas
• Develop your personal, professional, and technical skills
• Take on evolving, ambiguous, and dynamic roles that grow you to solve complex problems to enhance business performance and build enduring value for clients and the firm
• Contribute to the completion of deliverables, and independently perform tasks with some guidance to deliver on a portion of the project scope
• Work closely with A&M senior leaders, who are former C-suite executives and thought leaders with a personal interest in your development
• Develop a case or solution over the course of your tenure and present as a capstone to A&M senior leaders
• Foster relationships, network, and access support through peer-to-peer programs, dedicated performance managers, and informal mentoring from senior leaders
