Responsible to provide administrative and office support to a department, service line or local brokerage services department or specialized team. The majority of duties are administrative in nature with minimal focus on marketing/business development support.
Job Description
· Meet or exceed administrative support expectations.
· Identify and meet needs of internal and external clients.
· Ability to take direction, research projects, and work independently.
· Coordinate and update calendars and itineraries. Keep broker on time for appointments; ensure meeting materials are prepared, transportation and travel arrangements, reservations, etc.
· Update/Maintain contacts, telephone numbers and email addresses.
· Organize and input expenses and charitable contributions, track payments and allowances.
· Review emails promptly, reply where necessary, print attachments, follow up on actions, flag urgent messages. File in appropriate folders.
· Produce error-free correspondence and presentation materials.
· Create and maintain up-to-date Admin Support Guide to be used in the event of absence.
· Submit error-free time sheets on a timely basis.
· Prepare, revise and blackline proposals
· Copy, digitize and file office documents
· Track all broker inquiries and tours
· Update Costar listings weekly
· Update and maintain electronic flyer campaigns
· Process for payment agency legal bills
· Coordinate broker events
Minimum Qualifications
· 5 years of EAA experience, real estate background preferred
· Bachelor’s degree desirable

WORK ENVIRONMENT This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. May be required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions. PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $41.00 – $41.00
