Executive Assistant- Healthcare and Real Estate

As a Barclays Executive Assistant for Healthcare and Real Estate, you will provide full secretarial support in Investment Banking. You will schedule and coordinate meetings and events and help maintain busy appointment calendars. You will be arranging and coordinating travel schedules and reservations. This is an opportunity for you to work with answering, screening, and routing telephone calls and answering queries from internal and external clients and liaise with senior level individuals throughout the firm.

Salary / Rate Minimum: $75,000
Salary / Rate Maximum: $95,000

What will you be doing?

• Providing a high level of administrative assistance to Investment Banking Senior Group Head and team of more than eight people
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings/events and maintaining busy appointment calendars
• Answering, screening, and routing telephone calls; responding to inquiries from internal and external clients and liaising with senior level individuals throughout the Firm
• Acting as back up for other assistants in the office
• Handling correspondence, including drafting replies and composing letters and memos
• Arranging and coordinating travel schedules and reservations, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, etc
• Preparing and tracking T&E expenses
• Handling special projects as they arise

What we’re looking for:

• Over two years of administrative experience in investment banking industry preferred
• Experience working with senior level executives in a corporate setting
• Available to work from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and available to aid on off-hours as needed
• Available to work in the office Monday-Friday

You will be working at our Americas Headquarters at 745 Seventh Avenue. This 37-story office tower is located in Times Square in the heart of Manhattan and features a cafeteria, fitness center and state-of-the-art LED signage on the facade of the building.
