• 3-month assignment, potential for permanent hire, Mon-Fri 8am – 4pm, $28/hr

What’s a typical day as Executive Assistant? You’ll be:
• Optimizing schedule for CEO across multiple time zones, external and internal meetings
• Coordinating domestic and international travel itineraries and logistics, exhibiting thoughtful detail-oriented planning
• Managing time entry, credit card and expense reports for CEO
• Owning special projects and initiatives as assigned by CEO/executive team
• Managing other administrative tasks including document production, document coordination, and office support
• Planning logistics of large meetings and events
• Independently managing deadlines and tasks

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 2+ years of experience in an executive support role
• Possess strong verbal and written communications skills
• Have strong personal time-management and prioritization skills
• Have demonstrated ability to maintain calm and good judgment in a dynamic environment
• Are proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Are fluent in English
• Are familiar with Asana
• Have strong alignment with GiveDirectly Values
• Are actively demonstrating our core competencies
