Job Description

Facilities Operations Associate
Oversees and manages the operations and maintenance programs and providers, for approximately (+/-)3.5 million square feet, of retail and administrative real estate spaces across the United States. *Portfolio will grow to (+/-)4MM by Q4 2024.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Assisting and supporting, National Facilities Operations lead, in managing contracts and providers in upholding “best in class” facilities management services for clients in +/- 3.5MM sq /ft.
• Overseeing and managing third party providers in small construction projects, i.e. 20+ people moves, furniture reconfigurations, space type changes and enhancements etc.
• Executive level presentation and suite operations management for executive suite located in assigned office.
• Sets priorities and allocates resources to align with organization-wide objectives.
• Maintains an basic understanding of facilities management concepts including legal regulations and company policies. Advises and consults service providers on how to operate alongside before mentioned controls.
• Assists national lead with corporate-wide initiatives and consultations on facilities issues, questions and problems and collaborates with security, property management and construction professionals to ensure proper maintenance procedures are considered.
• Works cross functionally with other groups within corporate services to support, leasing transactions, considerations, and actions, business relationship inquiries and requests, space and occupancy changes and data management, and corporate design and construction on new builds, renovations and major changes.
• Works closely with corporate security to uphold corporate policies with access and security while conducting facilities management and maintenance duties.
Educational Requirements
• University (Degree) Preferred

Required Qualifications:
• 2+ years of facilities, construction or property coordinator experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• 3+ years of facilities, construction or property coordinator experience
• Team player with solid interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver effective oral and written communications.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Base Pay Range: $65,500/yr. – $95,000/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
