Location : Bronx, NY
This is a 100% Onsite role
Shift time: 8 and half hours with 30 minutes of break or 9 hours with 1 hour break (Between 7am to 5pm)
Travel requirements : Travel is involved and required within 50 miles of site within NYC and will be reimbursed as per cognizant policy.
Required Qualifications :
• Customer service skills
• ServiceNow or any other ticketing system to track tickets
• Inventory management
• Incident Handling
• Hardware tickets handling
• SLA management
• Good track record of work
• Willingness to learn and follow client procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft devices like Surface Laptops and Surface Pro
Key Responsibilities :
Customer service, ServiceNow, Incident Management, Hardware request, Inventory management
Mandatory:
• Follow Safety protocols required at client place (e.g. steel toe shoes, helmet when visiting sub locations etc.)
• Follow the processes and compliance
• Lift up to 50lb of weight

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $[50,000 – 64,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
