We are looking for an exceptional person to join our North America team as a Global Growth & Business Development Specialist.

Global Growth & Business Development Specialist are the heart of a business development team. As a Global Growth & Business Development Specialist at Hotwire, you will work closely with the Chief Growth Officer and global Growth leads across Hotwire’s footprint to co-ordinate and manage the new business process to ensure integration across teams in developing responses to new business requests and RFPs.

Reporting to the Global Head of Growth, the role will work closely across the agency with the global and local senior leadership teams to manage all large new business efforts both global, in the US and multi-country. You will also support major organic growth opportunities, including expansion of work into new markets.

Daily, you will:
• Manage the lead capture process in Salesforce by qualifying and prioritizing opportunities.
• Represent the agency as the first point of contact for prospective clients; understanding their needs and objectives and presenting this back to the Growth leads.
• Update and maintain Global and US Pipeline trackers in our primary system (Salesforce).
• Manage detailed prospective Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Procurement (RFP), working with senior leads to collate all information and tailoring/adding additional insights where appropriate to put Hotwire into best possible place to win.
• Work with teams to develop pitch presentation materials such as decks, handouts, and relevant supporting documents or materials.
• Where needed, conduct background research and insights for pitches.
• Manage logistics for pitches including workback timelines, arranging travel and ensuring that all supporting materials and people are prepared.
• Maintain Salesforce data and provide reports and insights aligned to key metrics such as SQLs, Lead Source and Win-rate.
• Build strong and collaborative relationships with procurement, communications, and marketing teams.
• Support Chief Growth Officer, Growth leads and marketing teams with prospecting campaigns.
• Work closely with the marketing team to capture and build new case studies, and awards information.
• Partner with the creative team to update PPT templates with refreshed information requested in RFPs.

You’ll Bring:
• 2+ years of agency or in-house business development experience within a business development team in communications or marketing, or in procurement team at a technology brand focusing on comms, marketing or ad industry.
• Proven business development or procurement experience.
• Exceptional self and team management skills and an ability to work with teams in countries around the world. Global experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, time management and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent and succinct copywriting in English, other languages a plus.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Experience with Salesforce or other lead gen systems is a plus.

Compensation Range: $68,000 – $85,000

The range listed is just one component of Hotwire’s total compensation package for employees, which includes bonus opportunities and a variety of benefits mentioned above. Hotwire takes into consideration a candidate’s education, training, and experience, as well as the position’s work location, expected work to be performed, required travel (if any), external market and internal value, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. A potential new employee’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.
