## Government Contracts Associate McCarter and English’s Chambers-ranked Government Contracts group is searching for an experienced, hard-working, and proactive government contracts associate to join their growing and dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical and writing skills, and should have at least 4-5 years of experience (preferably in a law firm setting) in the following areas: – Bid protests – Cybersecurity – Acquisition regulation (including FAR and DFARS) compliance – Drafting REAs and claims, related claims analysis and counseling, and CDA claim litigation – Federal subcontracting and related dispute and flow-down/compliance issues – Multiple award contracts – Small business procurement The ideal candidate should also have a strong academic background and should be an intellectually curious self-starter with a demonstrable ability to work on certain matters independently.
