## Trademark Prosecution Attorney at Law Firm Law Firm’s Trademark Prosecution and Counseling Group is looking for an experienced attorney to join their top-ranked practice. The ideal candidate will have five to six years of trademark prosecution experience and will be able to manage a large portfolio of trademarks and related matters. This position is open in the firm’s offices in Washington D.C., Baltimore, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, San Francisco, and Tysons Corner. Fully remote opportunities are not available at this time. ### Requirements – Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school and admission to and in good standing with the relevant jurisdiction’s bar – Experience working with high volume portfolios clearing, registering, licensing, enforcing, and defending all types of trademarks worldwide – Strong skills in both domestic and foreign prosecution and search – Experience working with foreign clients – Large law firm or IP boutique experience – Former USPTO Examiner experience or in-house experience is a plus ### Salary Range The salary range for trademark prosecution attorney positions is $190,000 to $225,000, depending upon years of experience. ### About Law Firm Law Firm is an American Lawyer Global 100 law firm headquartered in Washington, D.C., with offices in California, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, New York, and Virginia.
