# Senior Paralegal, Foreign Patents Goodwin Law Firm is looking for an experienced Senior Paralegal to join their cutting edge foreign patents team. The Senior Paralegal will be responsible for assisting patent attorneys with all aspects of preparing U.S. and foreign patent filings. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working as a paralegal supporting patent prosecution attorneys and experience with all aspects of preparing US and foreign patent filings. This is an ideal opportunity for a talented individual to play a key role on a groundbreaking matter and develop their career to the highest caliber. **Responsibilities of the Senior Paralegal, Foreign Patents:** – Assist with drafting and filing PCT forms and direct national filing papers. – Obtain formalities, communicate with foreign patent associates, the US PTO and World Intellectual Property Organization regarding patent matter. – Prepare reporting and other relevant correspondence to clients. – Track patent deadlines. – Collaborate with patent attorneys/docketing team to ensure deadlines are met. – Prepare national phase cost estimates. **Requirements of the Senior Paralegal, Foreign Patents:** – BA/BS preferred. – Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a paralegal supporting patent prosecution attorneys. – Experience with all aspects of preparing US and foreign patent filings is required. – Ability to juggle multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously, and work as a member of a team. – Strong written and oral communication skills. – Experience with CPI and iManage preferred. **Salary Range:** – Boston: $100,000 – $138,000 – Los Angeles: $120,000 – $165,000 – New York: $104,000 – $143,000 – Philadelphia: N/A – San Francisco: $120,000 – $165,000 – Santa Monica: $120,000 – $165,000 – Silicon Valley: $120,000 – $165,000 – Washington DC: $100,000 – $138,000 Goodwin Law Firm is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, gender identity or expression, age, religion, national origin, citizenship status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, sexual orientation, military or veteran status, or other legally protected status.
