Responsibilities
• Works with Attorneys to process specific liens within case settlements, including Medicare, Medicaid, Federal, ERISA and other as needed
• Works directly with Finance for check deposits and payments
• Responds to questions/issues regarding the settlement
• Manages appropriate and compliance timelines
• Manage client billing by preparing, finalizing, and sending out bills, as well as resolving billing issues in cooperation with the billing attorney
• Implement and improve upon administrative processes for more efficient workflow

Requirements
• Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies, Bachelor’s Degree, or a Paralegal Certificate(preferred)
• 2+ years experience in Personal Injury, Premises, or other injury related practice areas(preferred)
• Experience in working with providers and Lien holders noted above in a similar capacity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Must possess the following skills: Initiative, Organization, Planning, Attention to Detail, Follow- through, Confidentiality, Dependability, Client Confidentiality
• Work with attorneys as well as external clients at all levels
• Demonstrate a courteous and professional demeanor
• Remote option possible
