Work Arrangement: Office (in office 5 days a week)

Department: LatAm is a region that is composed of a regional Center of Excellence located in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and six commercial offices: Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Mexico and Uruguay. It has more than 7,500 employees and is the leading insurer on the continent.

The Role: The Logistics & Events Analyst will assist the CoS in the coordination and execution of key tasks that support the business and operations for the region. Activities include planning, coordination and logistics oversight in support of meetings and events. Additionally, the candidate will manage the inventory and distribution of LatAm gifts and perform other administrative responsibilities as needed.

The successful candidate possesses a can-do, positive attitude and is detail oriented.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute on LatAm meeting and events i.e. regional meetings, sales award celebrations, SLT meetings, etc., including executive meetings calendar management, attendance tracking and content/topic prep.
• Manages events logistics including catering, attendee and visitor clearance (escort to meeting rooms)
• Prepare meeting materials including executive documents and binders
• Management of office supplies which includes ordering, storing and distribution
• Management of LatAm gifts (pullovers, polos, etc.)
• Preparing initial drafts or preview materials – PPT decks, speaker notes, various communications in support of key initiatives.
• Support of regional travel policy and process

Required Experience and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 3+ years Administrative, Events Management or Communications experience
• Basic understanding of Spanish language (preferred)
• Demonstrates a can-do / positive attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and influence skills

The wage range for applicants for this position is $70 – 75k. This role is also eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation.
