Key Requirements * Must be a current, permanent FBI employee * Some travel may be required Major Duties * Provides advice and information to superior on such matters as ability to accomplish work assignments as scheduled * Maintains and monitors a stock of materials, parts, and supplies to ensure maintenance and repair work can be accomplished with the least amount of downtime. * Promotes, supports, and takes part in the shop safety program. * Perform a variety of general labor duties including but not limited to using the full range of carpentry skills and techniques to construct, install, repair, and modify wood structures, upkeep the complex””s buildings, grounds, and related structures, fixtures and utilities, and performs seasonal grounds maintenance to ensure roadways, parking lots and sidewalks are accessible to employees, visitors and delivery services. * Maintains and repairs electrical fixtures with guidance from the electrical shop.
