• Flexible shift availability (train on 1st shift for up to 3 months and then transition to a 2nd shift position, Monday-Friday, 03:00pm-11:30pm
What’s a typical day as a Manufacturing Technician? You’ll be:
• Processing of X-ray imagers through thermal vapor deposition chambers
• Performing preventive maintenance of vacuum chambers and ancillary fixtures/tools
• Lamination of PSA onto Scintillator deposited X-ray imagers
• Preparing and maintaining inventory of consumable materials
• Maintaining area 5S
• Reporting to the Production Supervisor
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have the ability to compliantly follow standard lab protocols in a production manufacturing, team environment
• Have the ability to understand and compliantly follow process work instructions/operation method sheets in order to achieve desired product specification outputs
• Have the ability to lift 25lbs
• Have a working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (desirable but not required)
• Have working knowledge of Microsoft windows and MS office applications
• Have strong attention to detail – defect recognition skills
• Have strong written and oral communication skills
• Have flexibility to adjust schedule and work overtime as needed by business
