Marketing Department Coordinator – Contract – Skaneateles, NY – $15.00-$25.00/hr.

The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s/applicant’s qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking a Marketing Department Coordinator in Skaneateles, NY.

Role Description

Marketing Department Coordinator Provides a mix of general office and administrative support to the upstream marketing department. Must be a self-starter who is unafraid to ask questions and learn

new processes. Under minimal supervision.
• Managing the payment process for all marketing expenses.
• Securing booth space for tradeshow in a timely manner; completing all related paperwork, engaging with booth captain to ensure logistics in place.
• Gathering information for and preparing month-end marketing spending accrual report.
• Ordering office supplies.
• Creating expense reports monthly.

Skills & Requirements
• Must have a strong knowledge of MS Office suite and be able to learn software programs quickly.
• Knowledge of payment process including shopping cart and purchase order creation, and invoicing a plus.
• Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills.
• Must have the ability to prioritize workflow and handle multiple activities.
• The ability to complete tasks by following general guidelines and policies is essential.
• Sensitivity to confidential information is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• Min. of 2+ yrs. Of experience.
