SUMMARY: Supports the firm’s office services related functions including duplicating, mail, fax, supplies, and conference room and hospitality services.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Responsible for the production of duplicating work, including collating and assembling; involves assigning priorities to work; distributing completed jobs to work originators.
• Responsible for mail related services including USPS mail, overnight express mail and messenger services.
• Assists and coordinates repair of office equipment, including fax, copying and mailroom machines; responsible for contacting appropriate service and monitoring repairs.
• Transmits, receives and distributes faxes and eFaxes.
• Fields office support issues and questions from lawyers and staff members in a cooperative manner.
• As needed, re-stocks supplies in convenience copier and supply areas; may periodically change computer printer toner; lift boxes and move furniture.
• Maintains common areas of the office, including kitchens, conference rooms, and convenience copier areas. Involves regular checking, straightening and stocking of supplies for these areas.
• Answers telephone and e-mails related to assigned functions.
• Provides other assistance as requested by the office manager, attorneys or other staff members
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school degree or equivalent required. Previous office experience preferred.
• Ability to use general office equipment
• Reliable, self-motivated and organized; interpersonal skills, including a flexible and cooperative attitude; ability to work independently when necessary
• Willingness to work overtime as requested

PAY TYPE : Hourly
ANNUAL PAY RANGE: $50,000-$65,000
Please Note: The hourly and/or annual salary amount is based on a *good faith* compensation analysis in pursuant of New York City Human Rights Law (NYCHRL) listed under *Senate Bill 9457*. Final starting salary/wage is dependent on the candidate’s experience level, industry expertise, skills and other factors that are defined in the job description.
