Compensation
The expected salary range for this role in the U.S. is $112,000.00-$176,000.00 annually. Actual salary will vary based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and location. This position is also eligible for the following benefits:

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute an effective territory business plan to meet or exceed annual sales goals
• Promote TEPEZZA within approved labeling, adhering to industry-specific and corporate guidelines
• Address access, pull-through, and reimbursement issues by coordinating with key stakeholders
• Build strong customer relationships to understand their needs and goals, effectively communicate with cross-functional teams
• Achieve corporate sales goals and provide accurate and timely territory activity updates
• Drive product demand through education on disease state and product information
• Provide feedback to sales and business unit leadership, colleagues, and internal departments
• Adhere to the Company’s compliance policies and guidelines
• Collaborate with patient services and market access team members to achieve overall business goals
• Coordinate between accounts and relevant field teams to support account needs
• Educate healthcare professionals and office staff on site-of-care options
• Attend medical congresses and society meetings as required
• Manage efforts within assigned budget
• Complete all Company training classes
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required, graduate business or healthcare-related degree a plus
• Minimum 5 years of pharma/account management selling experience
• Buy-and-bill experience strongly preferred, biologic/infusion experience a plus
• Sales experience in Endocrinology, Ophthalmology, and/or rare/specialty disease states preferred
• Site-of-care and reimbursement experience strongly preferred
• Experience working with institutions and integrated delivery networks preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Requires approximately 80% travel (may vary by territory), including some overnight and weekend commitments
• Professional, proactive demeanor
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
