Job Description

We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to identify, secure, and nurture strategic partnerships to drive growth and expand market reach for Olo. We want people who are passionate about identifying strategic opportunities and building relationships both internally and externally.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Business Development and Strategic Alliances, this role demands a proactive and driven individual with a strong aptitude for relationship building, negotiation, and a deep understanding of the restaurant industry. The Partnerships Manager will play a pivotal role within our dynamic team as we identify new strategic partnerships across the food technology industry.

You can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo’s headquarters in NYC.
What You’ll Do

• Identify and target partners across restaurants, tech, services, and industry influencers.
• Drive end-to-end partnership process, from outreach to contract closure.
• Implement systematic partner identification and prioritization.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to spot trends and competition.
• Create tailored partnership proposals aligned with business objectives.
• Foster relationships with potential partners, stakeholders, and decision-makers and collaborate with internal teams for partnership strategy alignment.
• Lead negotiation discussions to establish mutually beneficial terms and agreements with partners.
• Work with legal team to draft, review, and finalize partnership contracts and agreements.
• Partner with the Partnerships Analyst to develop and implement KPIs to measure the effectiveness of partnerships in driving business growth.
• Regularly analyze partnership performance, offering optimization insights.
• Collect partner and market feedback to shape product development and stay updated on industry trends, sharing insights internally.
• Attend industry events for a strong industry presence and utilize networking for partner identification and relationship building.

What We’ll Expect From You

• Proven track record in B2B partnership development, preferably within the restaurant technology or related industries.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Strong analytical mindset, capable of translating data into actionable insights.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings and industry events.
• Legally able to work in the United States.

Our best estimate of the compensation range for this opportunity is $107k – 127k annually depending on the experience you bring and your location.
