We are seeking a highly collaborative and motivated technical Project Manager and Developer to join our inclusive team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with consulting experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally supporting commercial operations analytics and digital transformation initiatives. In this hybrid role, you will manage technology-driven projects and develop solutions to optimize business processes, enhance system performance, customize existing products, lead implementations, execute dashboard designs and support other client and internal programs.

As The Project Manager And Developer You Will

• Collaborate with pharmaceutical commercial operations teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Plan, manage, and execute IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
• Design, develop, and implement custom tools, integrations, and enhancements
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, sales, and marketing, to align technology solutions with business objectives
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions
• Be a collaborative ‘bridge’ and liaison between business and technical stakeholders
• Design easily understood dashboards to represent analytics and insights in response to business/client stakeholder requests and requirements
• Participate in presentations to clients and/or lead client engagements
• Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and provide tailored solutions that drive value and satisfaction
• Develop comprehensive product documentation and training materials for internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A higher degree would be a plus. Certifications in project management or agile a plus
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development within a biopharma consulting company
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in developing and delivering products and solutions in Pharma or Life Sciences
• 1 year of prior experience developing code
• Strong BioPharma and/or Life Sciences domain knowledge including industry processes, commonly available/used data sources as well as data management, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of most of the following: Python, SQL, PowerBI
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and dynamic environment

Base salary for this position is $110,000 – $140,000.
