Description
Leadership position responsible for leading a team of districts to achieve business objectives and drive a high performing selling culture. Translate goals into short and long-term action plans consistent with company action objectives to maximize and sustain profitable top line sales growth. Partner with home office in the development of operating priorities, plans, programs and tools. Reports to the regional EVP. Typically directs the District Sales Managers. Responsible for 100+ stores with total sales volume in excess of $150M+.
Minimum Salary: $148,000.00
Maximum Salary: $194,250.00
