Sr. Manager, Learning & Development

MAIN PURPOSE

The Sr. Manager, Learning & Development is responsible for executing the Richemont Americas people development strategy for all learning aspects that can scale across our Maisons and Functions, both Corporate and Retail. This role works closely with senior leadership and reports to the AVP, Learning & Development Richemont Americas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Learning & Development:
• Contribute to the development and implementation of Richemont’s Retail Academy, serving retail sales and retail management development for all Maisons.
• Create and facilitate scalable corporate development programs serving leadership, management and individual contributor populations.
• Deliver content for both the Retail Academy and other L&D initiatives as appropriate, and as part of a team that includes vendor partnerships.
• Align and coordinate with our Maison learning community to leverage best practices, provide cross Maison development opportunities and develop our L&D community.
• Partner with Richemont Group L&D partners to ensure best regional effectiveness for Group people and organization development priorities.
• Partner with Richemont Americas HR team, on strategic people and organization priorities and initiatives.
• Assess and maximize the effectiveness of external partnerships with higher learning institutions, and commercial learning partners.

QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years Learning and Development experience with at least 2 years in a L&D strategy development and execution role
• Experience with and understanding of Retail or Sales organizations in an L&D capacity
• Proficiency in instructional design, content creation and adult learning theories
• Experience working for an international, multi-brand organization, either in HQ or regional platform
• Luxury/retail industry knowledge is a plus
• Experience managing a team is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and consulting skills, including leadership, influencing and relationship-building across functions and cultures
• Strong customer service and engagement skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Expected Salary Range: $120,000 – $160,000/year

Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
