Senior Manager, Media Strategy & Planning

Location: NYC (In-office expected 2 days per week)

Reports to: Director, Integrated Media

You will join the Growth team for HelloFresh Group leading media strategy. planning, execution, and analysis for our cross channel brand campaigns across two of our brands, HelloFresh and Factor.

Our ideal candidate will be able to lead the charge for these campaigns leveraging broad knowledge of media channels and best practices to deliver exceptional results. We are looking for someone who is a self starter and able to collaborate with peers in Growth, Brand, Creative, Finance, and Analytics. This is a high performance/high impact role driving cross functional collaboration.

You will….
• Be the planning lead for cross-channel media campaigns across traditional and digital channels with purview over brand and acquisition KPIs
• Collaborate with channel leads, agencies, and internal brand/creative partners to build an effective media planning strategy, tactics, and measurement plan
• Consolidate ideas/plans across the teams and lead development for initial planning/recommendations, budget planning, optimizations, and campaign wrap up documents
• Partner with leaders across the organization on planning and audience strategy to effectively steward strategic approach through to media planning, and activation
• Contribute to the development of campaign measurement plans and collaborate with the marketing analytics team
• Ensure proper budget management and spend reporting for campaigns
• Own all cross channel milestones and timelines
• Input into post-campaign reviews – produce insightful analysis, demonstrating the effectiveness of our planning
• Work in a team environment that promotes collaboration; but also capable of working independently when needed
• Able to jump in and lead conversations directly with media agencies/partners if needed; act as a “solution finder” within the team
• Foster a good working relationship across all internal teams to facilitate flawless execution of plans and manage the end to end process
• Partner with data science and marketing analytics to develop, implement and continuously validate robust measurement / attribution approach across campaigns
• Partner with brand strategy, creative and/or external partners to develop and implement robust creative strategy to support campaign goals

• A growth marketing strategist who can derive insights, recommendations and action plans from qualitative market trends, consumer feedback, and large data sets

You have…
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications; OR equivalent professional work experience
• 7 – 10 years experience in a media agency leading development of cross-channel integrated plans, across traditional and digital channels
• Background in eCommerce and/or subscription business models is a plus
• Substantial experience working with performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPV / CPS, CAC, incremental or marginal CAC, LTV, ROI)
• A proven track record in brand media campaign strategies and execution; robust playbook of available optimization and growth levers
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills – ability to think on your feet
• Strong analytical skills – ability to analyze raw data, identify true insight and develop actionable recommendations. A natural affinity with numbers is a must.
• Strong interpersonal skills – able to forge strong relationships and influence clients, partners and colleagues alike
• Fluency in Microsoft Excel / Office, advanced Excel experience, reporting automation experience is a plus

New York Pay Range
$127,600—$159,500 USD
