What You Will Do:

Gannett Fleming provides a comprehensive, whole lifecycle approach to enterprise asset management, from asset management strategy and planning to technology solutions implementation.

Our team of experienced strategists, engineers, financial analysts, and data scientists provide our clients with the plans, procedures, and technical tools to manage their assets to the fullest potential. Our goal is to fully align our client’s capital and operating spend to the accomplishment of overall business.

Currently we are searching for a Senior Manager, Asset Management – Transit and Rail, to provide market and technical leadership for transit asset management. This position has a national focus. The option exist to work fully remote with some travel or to work from on of our many locations with a flexible is flexible provided it is in one of our larger offices to include New York, New Jersey, DC Metro Area, Chicago, Philadelphia, South Florida, Los Angeles or San Francisco.

In this capacity, you will be leading consulting engagements, providing technical leadership and quality assurance for transit asset managment projects, deplolying Gannett Fleming SMEs to provide expertise on a national level with clients in the Transit, Transportation or Utility markets. Engagements will asset management assessments, gap analysis and road map development, service level development, asset management policy and organization structure, asset hierarchy and data evaluations, asset risk planning developing SOPs for risk-based maintenance and whole lifecycle management, condition assessment planning, strategies for optimized operations and maintenance, capital plan development and prioritization including business case development, strategic plan development, business optimization, and project management. Specific reponsibilities will include:
• Provide expertise and leadership in a risk based transportation asset management program to achieve optimum bottom line results.
• Lead or assist in the pursuit in the pursuit for projects in collaboration with internal partners and stakeholders.
• Develop lifecycle planning and cost/risk optimization for transit and rail assets.
• Update and enhance asset management processes and procedures.
• Deploy new process, methods, and technologies to increase reliability.
• Align asset management plans to client’s business objectives and organizational strategy.
• Collaborate with leadership on the development and implementation of best practices and tools that provide for the continuous improvement of the of the management consulting practice.
• Program and portfolio project management responsibility for transit and rail asset management regionally/nationally depending on experience.
• Lead projects and project teams, to include contract, subcontractor, and vendor relationship management.
Education | Experience:

Minimum Qualifications
• 12+ years of professional experience in infrastructure sector with 5+ years in transit and rail asset lifecycle planning and cost/risk optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Policy, Planning, Economics, or related discipline
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels within a client organization.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a dynamic.
• Self-starter with a capacity and ability for joined-up thinking and task prioritization.
• Ambition for rapid advancement to take on leadership roles in a capital improvement program.
• Knowledge of PAS-55 and ISO:55001 is desired.
• Knowledge of condition inspection technologies and workflow management enabled by asset management information systems used in the transit sector highly desirable
