Purpose: Provide leadership and direction to region Equipment Service Sales team driving sustained growth and profitability. Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships in assigned region. Ensure customer satisfaction, resolution, and growth across Cytiva’s entire product and services portfolio. Manage regional escalation, quality intervention and collaboration with adjacent teams to quickly resolve issues. Lead project through success ensuring effective communication between department on cross-functional activities.
Accountabilities:
• Lead, support and develop the Equipment Service Sales team across the region.
• Drive the overall Sales performance of the business with a focus on Contract Growth.
• Provide commercial coaching and support to the Service Sales team, Regional Service teams and other modalities to drive Service revenue.
• Provide a single point of Contract revenue forecasting across the whole region.
• Deliver consistent sales process discipline across the team.
• Develop and execute novel Commercial strategies and commercial excellence processes to grow the whole service portfolio.
• Using DBS techniques drive continual improvement around key commercial metrics.
• Work with Global Service Marketing and Field Marketing to deliver revenue generating marketing actions.
• Identify customer pain point as opportunities for growth with Marketing and Product Management
• Deliver strategies to drive positive price attainment.
• Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel.
• Acquires and develops talent and adapts workforce competencies to meet evolving business needs, while effectively managing change
• Hold self and leaders within the team accountable for completing people processes (goal setting, development plans, performance reviews, compensation planning, talent assessments, career plan nominations and succession planning) in a timely and quality manner.

Skills:
• Minimum BSc degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related sphere
• Relevant commercial experience in Service and or BioPharma Environment
• Able to show experience in influencing/leading cross-functional teams around customer growth
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Good communicator with strong collaborative and commercial skills
• Digitally savvy with experience of Salesforce.com and digital communications strategies
• A strong track record developing and leading high performing teams, nurturing a culture of inclusion and diversity, openness, and collaboration, operating in a matrix environment.
