Social Work Supervisor- Columbia – Out-Patient Clinical Settings & School Based Health Centers

The Social Work Supervisor plays an integral role as part of the broader multi-disciplinary care teams to ensure patients are receiving appropriate mental health services across outpatient clinic settings and school-based health centers. Mental health services are provided as part of the patient’s comprehensive treatment plan and in coordination with their respective care team.

The individual will be responsible for overseeing social workers providing mental health services to pediatrics, adolescents, and adults across settings mentioned above. The individual should have supervision experience and clinical experience working with patients across these developmental life spans and who have high prevalence of trauma, substance use and mental health disorders. In addition, the person should be knowledgeable in clinical, evidence-based interventions, competent in completing clinical evaluations, formulating treatment plans and tracking patient progress.

The individual must be able to work with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills and a desire to serve these populations. Ensuring grant deliverables are met and participation in relevant meetings both internal and external are required.

Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 4:00PM

Preferred Criteria
• Motivational Interviewing
• Problem Solving Therapy
• CBT and DBT
• Trauma-informed practices

Required Criteria
• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
• New York State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Salary Range:

$95,500-$132,000/Annual
