Your New Role

Under guidance of the EVP & Corporate Secretary, this position works with a cross-functional team to coordinate all logistical aspects for meetings of the Warner Bros. Discovery Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will have prior event planning or project management experience, great attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Your Role Accountabilities
• Lead the coordination efforts for WBD Board meetings:
• Work with a cross-functional team from corporate events, AV, corporate travel and others to plan and execute onsite and off-site Board meetings and related Board events
• Serve as the point of contact between the Corporate Secretary and/or the Board and the broader logistical team
• Process director expenses related to Board meeting attendance
• Maintain calendar of Board meetings, coordinate scheduling of all Board meetings, calls, etc. with Board members
• Coordinate other projects for the Office of the Corporate Secretary as requested

Qualifications & Experience
• At least 2-5 years of experience with corporate event planning or project management of large events. Experience working within a public company or with a Board of Directors would be a plus.
• College degree required
• Proficient with standard document creation and business communication software, such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, Zoom, DocuSign, One Drive, Sharepoint, etc.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; professional presentation
• Candidate must have excellent organizational skills and an ability to pay close attention to detail

The Legal Bits…
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skillset, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $47,466.00 – $88,150.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
