Join us as a Procurement Efficiency Analyst reporting directly to the Head of Procurement for the Americas. In your role, you will be required to help develop and deploy initiatives related to Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain:

Strategic Sourcing
• Implement supplier rationalization strategy (Grow, Maintain, Exit) – dual source strategy
• Relationship/Compliance, Capability, Capacity etc.
• Expand Americas supply chain for key domains
• Develop a supplier relationship management strategy

Supply Chain
• Identify and help develop plan to mitigate supply chain risk
• Implement delivery assurance process to monitor leading indicators (WIP/LT, demand, on-time starts, yield, buffer strategy)
• Develop escalation process depending on the impact of the delivery/quality issue
• Implement monthly business reviews (scorecards, leading indicators KPI, Supplier/Customer Action Plan, Commit Dating)
• Establish cadence for supplier visits and business reviews

Education
• Engineering, Commercial, Business Administration, Procurement, Sourcing or Suppy Chain Degree complemented by a demonstrated track recordof success

Experience
• 5 years of experience in procurement, operations and/or supply chain areas
• Extensive experience in defining and deploying strategies, participating in tranformation /cross-functional projects and governance monitoring
