Compensation

The base salary range for this position is estimated between $82k-95k, depending on relevant experience. In addition, we offer bonuses and benefits.

Responsibilities
• Partner with the Project Architect to produce accurate technical and contract documentation for project construction
• Coordinate with the project team to incorporate design intent into the construction documentation
• Participate in construction administration, including evaluating bids, conducting site visits, addressing technical issues, and maintaining quality control
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to meet project objectives
• Utilize hand and 3D software renderings to effectively communicate design concepts

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
• 5-8 years of professional experience, with commercial interior project experience required
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning, jurisdictional processes, building materials, specifications, and construction techniques
• Experience in construction document preparation and field observation
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other 3D modeling software
• LEED accreditation preferred
