We are seeking a friendly and professional bilingual receptionist (Spanish/English) to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients, visitors, and employees.
Primary Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome visitor with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image.
• Assist in various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
Job Specifications
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Education and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proven work experience as a receptionist or similar role
Compensation
Starting Pay Range: $18.28 – $24.38
