As a Junior Leasing Associate, you will be at the forefront of transforming lives and communities through exceptional leasing experiences. Under the mentorship of our seasoned leasing professionals, you’ll dive into the heart of real estate and learn the ropes of property leasing from the very best. Responsibilities include:
• Conduct property tours and assist prospective tenants in exploring available rental units.
• Support tenants throughout the leasing process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is accurately prepared and completed.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and address their concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activities.
• Collaborate with the leasing team to conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends.

Compensation:

$50,000 – $63,000 + Discretionary Bonus

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field required.
• Familiarity with real estate leasing processes, terminology, and regulations.
• Understanding of property features, amenities, and benefits to effectively market and lease properties.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers in a positive and empathetic manner.
• Ability to address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues professionally, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
• Openness to a flexible work schedule to accommodate varying business demands.
• Willingness to work on partial weekends as required by operational needs.
• A proactive and positive mindset in approaching tasks and engaging with customers and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using computer software and tools for record-keeping, communication, and scheduling; specifically in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
