This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because: • You are a strong people leader and excel in coaching and developing a team • You possess strong analytical and business acumen including the ability to analyze data and succinctly summarize to drive solid business recommendations • You are detail oriented with excellent follow through. • You have a passion for retail and strong understanding of merchandise planning, buying and allocation • You have the ability to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment • You are collaborative, adaptable, with ability to handle multiple tasks/projects A Day in the Life: The Allocation Manager of our Full Price Retail planning and allocation team will be a critical point person for inventory flow from DC to stores and in-season management including but not limited to: stock rebalancing, end of season lifecycle management and floor set allocation/replenishment. This individual will be a champion for our store teams, ensuring their unique business needs are covered, understanding the deepest level of store allocations while being able to have a strategic top’s down view of opportunities at category, store/region level. The allocation manager will partner closely with Buying and Planning throughout all of the steps of the product lifecycle ensuring inventory is optimized and stores are set up to reach their sales and productivity targets. The Allocation manager will coach and develop a team of two allocators. Compensation Range The compensation range for this position is 115,000.00 USD – 135,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
